Is the Chairman of this Committee in order to assume that Senators are Members of Quality Assurance Department in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, which is supposed to be equipped, for purposes of quality assurance, with the availability of classes and learning materials? Must they wait for a Senator to go and apply, as if a Senator – if you allow me to use Kiswahili - ni mtu wa mkono? Could he tell us when they are going to build the requisite classrooms in all the primary schools in Kenya? Is he in order to mislead us?"
