If you go to Makueni County and many other counties, to ensure that people get their salaries because their money is coming through the executive, then in the meantime, the Speakers accepted what had been said as they follow the law. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if we are going to abrogate our responsibility which is to approve everything to make it legal before we can use it, then we will undermine the authority and responsibility of this House in protecting devolution and the counties.
