I would also like to add my voice to the documents laid on the Floor of the House by the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget and also congratulate my Committee for what they have done. The matter of ceilings was brought to our attention in this House through the Chair because we had some counties which have not been given their money and they had gone to court.
