I just wanted to bring to your attention that the Committee on Devolution had a very fruitful engagement with the delegation from the County Assembly of Kisii. They came to engage us on matters of capacity building and formation of a committee so that they can deal with matters of further decentralization, urban areas, cities and towns. This will also include issues of county management, below county headquarters. I want to congratulate the committee from Kisii County. It is the only committee that is associated with my Committee and we will be ready. We have assured them that we will continue engaging them, including visiting Kisii County to see how we can continue building their capacity."
