    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to add my voice to this Bill which is very critical. It touches on the natural resources and benefit sharing. This Bill is very important because when you read Article 71(1)(a) and (b) of the Constitution, it touches on the agreements relating to natural resources and legislation. It is Parliament that needs to put legislation in place so that we protect our people in the counties which we represent.
