(Dr.) Zani and the Members of the Ad hoc Committee who took the trouble of going round the world to see how other communities handle benefitting from the natural resources and came up with these well thought out Bill. For a long time, since the colonialists came, our resources have been up for grabs. Anybody who thought that they had an idea on how to exploit it would grab and sit on it.
