We have not developed a policy that we can try at any given time to ensure that we set a site for any Kenyan who has died under specific circumstances after giving his service to the country. That is why we are requesting the family to request the Ministry so that it can to identify the place. At the same, we have made it very clear that the National Museums of Kenya can carry out the research after the family has put in a request. I do not see much demand on this site from the Ministry. The family should write and request for the same, so that research can be carried out in order to come out with a clear way of doing it, if at all it will be possible to do it, because it will also depend on the financial resources."
