    "content": "The nominee promised to prevent contraband goods that come into this country. Kenya loses a lot of money through goods that are not taxed. If you go to areas like Eastleigh, goods are very cheap. Maybe the reason is because they are not taxed. They come into the country through the Kenya-Somali boarder. The merchants in Eastleigh do big trade because most of them get goods without paying the taxes that this country needs for development. Maj-Gen. Tumbo has promised that, that will be one of his priority areas. He will help in generating revenue for the KRA by making sure that contraband goods do not find their way into Kenya duty free."
