    "content": "Yesterday during the debate on the Adjournment Motion, we heard that the borders of Kenya from Lamu, Tana River, Garissa, Wajir, Mandera and all the way to Marsabit counties are not well secured. The reason for this is the nature of deployment of our military in Somalia. We need to change the way they operate so that they are more focused on border control and patrol. I hope Major-General Tumbo will focus on this."
