"content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to be on record that I have known Gen. Tumbo for all the years he has been in the military, together with me. I will not say what I want to say about him because he comes from my county, but because he is a man of great integrity. We have served together in the military, and I want to inform this House that to be an Ambassador in South Sudan or Somalia at the moment, is not business which can be taken by anybody. We need people with great security background, just like my friend, Gen. Lucas Tumbo. It is on record that Gen. Tumbo has served in a UN Peace-Keeping Mission in Namibia when he was a young officer. He later commanded a sector in South Sudan as a Brigadier. He also served as a Brigadier during the Eritrea-Ethiopia conflict.
