    "content": "In terms of appointments in the Ministry oF Foreign Affairs, these appointments tend to come from outside although Somalia is a very special case which needs Major General (Rtd) Tumbo. We have seen a trend where the people who have worked very hard in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for many years are not appointed as ambassadors. In the future, the President needs to look at that as he appoints these people. I am sure the Chairman, hon. Gethenji is listening."
