    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to oppose this Motion. Ranking in the form in which it is now, I would not support it. I believe that when the ranking started, it was meant to be good. However, with time, the focus has been narrowing so that now what everybody is focussing on is how to be number one in their zone, sub-county, county and in the whole country."
