    "content": "The best that the hon. Member would have done would have been to come up with a policy because the legislation is there. The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), as an agent, has been bestowed with the responsibility of managing waste, and it has a lot of powers to undertake to do this. I am wondering how the Government, through the relevant Ministry, will implement what we are talking about."
