    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really want to commend the Ministry for that very special and unique programme. This is the only programme targeting our senior citizens or older persons. We all know how vulnerable they are. For this effort, I want to thank the Ministry and the Minister. From the Ministerâs response, I do not get enough comfort that the people of North Horr will be supported. That is because she is saying that if there will be additional funding, we will be supported. That is very conditional and it edges on the availability of resources. For the sake of the elderly people in North Horr who are listening to you, could you give us a guarantee that next time round, the elderly people in North Horr will be considered?"
