Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am not criticising anybody but the only way we can realize the good intentions of this Motion is if we convert it into an Act of Parliament, either by amending the existing laws or creating a new law that can take all these good ideas onboard. I say this because the issue of alcohol and drug abuse is now reaching crisis proportions in our country, particularly among the youth. Recently, a report was released; I think it was yesterday. I read in newspapers that in fact this matter is getting out of hand. Honestly, we have to look at the entire environment of the production, sale, management and consumption of all alcoholic drinks and beverages."
