    "content": "That would help us use alcohol responsibly and as part of our lives because it is part of the economy. If you look at the economy of Kenya, until recently, when Safaricom was listed in the Nairobi Stock Exchange, the biggest capitalized company for so many years in our stock market in East and Central Africa was East African Breweries, which does nothing else but only sell alcohol. Therefore, alcohol in itself is not only a consumption product but it is one of the areas that puts our economy above the rest in this region. Still, the Act was very nice and particularly in the licensing area because of where we all come from."
