Members, the following reports which have been laid by the Leader of Majority Party:- The Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts relating to International Civil Aviation and the Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft (pursuant to section 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012) is referred to the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. The Traffic (Amendment) Rules, 2015, the National Transport and Safety Authority (Operation of Motorcycles) Regulations, 2015 and the Explanatory Memorandum (in accordance with Section 11 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 and Section 54 of the National Transport and Safety Act, 2012) and the National Transport and Safety Authority (Operation of Tourist Service vehicles) Regulations, 2015 and their Explanatory Memorandum (in accordance with Section 11 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 and Section 54 of the National Transport and Safety Authority, 2012) are referred to the Committee on Delegated Legislation."
