Pursuant to Standing order 33(1), I seek leave to move the adjournment of the House for the purpose of discussing the ongoing escalating terrorism threats in Mandera County. Hon. Speaker, in the recent past, there have been numerous terror attacks in several parts of the country and in particular, the North Eastern part of the Kenya where a number of people have lost their lives and property. Security is an important national matter."
