    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. Security is an important national matter and needs serious attention. Last week, the entourage of the Governor of Mandera County was attacked by terrorists where several soldiers and civilians were killed. A day after, one person was killed and two others seriously injured. I, therefore, request the adjournment of this House to discuss the ongoing terror attacks and insecurity in the country and in North Eastern Province in particular."
