"content": "Two, if you look at the Constitution, Article 106, when the two Houses meet together, the person to chair the sitting is the Speaker of the National Assembly and not the Senate. So, the issue of seniority should not even arise. It is clear in the Constitution that this is the superior House. But that does not mean that we are going to treat the Senate in a derogatory manner. They are our brothers and sisters. In my humble view, the issue that the Leader of the Majority Party has brought to the Floor of the House is one where he should have talked to his colleague in the Senate, so that when issues arise in this House touching on the Senate or vice-versa, they are discussed behind closed doors; not on the Floor of the House and not in the media. I listened to your last remarks and that of hon.
