"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I guess it will be in law. This one specifically talks of a Children’s Officer. It does not mean the Director of Children’s Services, unless we talk of the Director of Children’s Services or his agent. So, the two should be left there. Again, looking at it with regard to the other people who have been included, it would be prudent to subject this to the court process. Children will not have an opportunity to speak for themselves. If we leave out the words “with leave of the court” it will be broader and acceptable. However, as it is, the words “with the leave of the court” makes it difficult to use other people as contained in the Bill. So, I will not agree with that provision. The Director of Children’s Services, and the Children’s Officer, should stand on their own. Those other people should be left in."
