    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Chairman. I stand to support the proposal by the Chairperson of the Committee, particularly for the reason that he has widened the scope for protection of children against violence from the restrictive provisions of the Act as it is right now. By including “any other person, with the leave of the court,” we are giving locus standi to any person who may see the need to protect a child from domestic violence to actually secure protection for that particular child. With all these other people listed here, there will be sufficient protection to children."
