    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Agriculture on the importation of approximately 25,000 metric tonnes of sugar worth Kshs1.6 billion which arrived at the Port of Mombasa between the months of March and April this year. In the Statement, first, I would like the Minister to clarify the names and/or companies of the importers. Secondly, the Minister should also clarify the country of origin. Thirdly, she should also clarify to the House the duty paid for the consignment."
