"content": "Secondly, if you look at the word “guardian”, it takes care of a relative or a neighbour. If you are a guardian of that child you could be possibly a relative or a neighbour. Therefore, you do not need to repeat some of those words continuously. Courts are extremely sensitive to the rights of a child. It is impossible for any person to just walk in and make an application on behalf of a child. That child is expected to be protected and we are very conscious of the fact that not just anybody can wake up and go and seek an application. It must be with the leave of the court, so that the court can consider the various parameters under which that person comes to court and the interest that he or she has."
