Educationally, teachers have pulled out and children are suffering there and you cannot do business when you are in a situation of insecurity. The Government has to address that issue once and for all. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it may sound crazy but this is the way forward. It is good when you listen to people who have lived in insecure areas like hon. Kamama and the people from northern Kenya.
