    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I plead that on the issue of Mandera, particularly since the loss of lives has been constant and persistent---. We have a situation where teachers who were assigned to teach in that county have, for very good reasons, refused to go back. They are now justified because if a whole Governor can be attacked in an ambush, how can an ordinary teacher survive in that county? So, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I plead with you that one hour will not be sufficient to deal with this problem and for the Senate to be fully heard on this matter. Above everything else, if our people and our borders are not secure, we have no business sitting here. We better take up arms and help everybody else guard our borders. Therefore, I plead that we either start at 5.00 p.m. or extend the time up to 7.00 p.m."
