    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The court has made a finding on the legality of ceilings and the Speakers’ forum which filed this matter in court has not appealed that decision. As far as I am concerned, we cannot say that the Senate is abetting an illegality. Secondly, while people are complaining here, the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) of Makueni have not received salaries for a period of four months.
