    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the House do now adjourn. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am moving this Motion because of a very important and urgent matter regarding insecurity in Mandera County. I am sure all of us are aware of the rising insecurity due to terrorist attacks in Mandera Town and on the road linking Mandera to Lafey Constituency on the border with Somalia. On Friday, 13th March, 2015 at around 10.00 a.m. in the morning, there was an attack on a convoy of the Governor for Mandera. A convoy of five vehicles was attacked in broad-daylight in which three people were killed, one vehicle burnt, one vehicle taken away and driven to Somalia by the terrorists and several people were injured.
