    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, noting that according to the Kenya Integrated Household Budget Survey (KHBS) of 2005/2006, it was estimated that 17.5 million people, or 46 per cent of the Kenyan population, live in absolute poverty and live on less than one dollar a day; aware that the Government has been unable to provide them with free medical facilities to ease their burden;"
