    "content": "Thank you. I wish also to make a serious contribution towards this Motion. I wish to say on the outset that I support, especially after the several amendments which have been made. Initially we had issues with the way the money was allocated . I think we are satisfied but not so much but at least we have had a few amendments here and there. I must say that I support. I commend the Committee for the great work they have been doing and the much effort that they have put. One thing that I must say is that the contention that we had was in the way the Committee had placed the Kshs3 billion.
