"content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, whereas this Motion touches on the state of affairs after death, it is very much similar to the other Motions that have come here before. This is because it is about the cost of living. Our people are at a point where they can no longer meet very necessary costs. The burial is a very psychologically sensitive thing. The fact that somebody has passed away, you cannot just throw the body away. We need to arrange, plan and give a decent burial to our departed ones. That is how we are. Therefore, on that score, whereas our Constitution does not address the dead, if you look at Article 29, it talks of freedom and security of the person. It says:- âEvery person has the right to freedom and security of the person which includes the right not to be-"
