    "content": " Hon. Senators, the second communication is to acknowledge the presence of a delegation of the Parliamentary Committee on Local Government Authorities of Tanzania. Hon. Senators, I am pleased to acknowledge and welcome to the Senate this afternoon, a delegation from the Parliament of Tanzania which is seated at the Speaker’s Gallery. The delegation comprises Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Local Government Authorities. They are in Kenya on a study visit to benchmark on the role of Parliament in social security with a special focus on county governments.
