    "content": "The intention of this Motion is to ask public hospitals, and even private hospitals-- - If you lose your family member, how are you expected to raise money to clear the hospital charges, when the deceased comes from a very poor family? We need to increase the budgets of the public hospitals because it always boils down to the question of budget. This House must vote more money to public hospitals."
