    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first of all, let me appreciate the statement you have made and also remind my colleagues that in the Tenth Parliament, I served in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). The issues we dealt with turned out to be those who misappropriated public funds are either senile, sick and cannot be pursued or they are dead. We came out with evidence on how public funds were squandered. Now, we are entering into that same situation because the accounts we are seeking here are for the year 2013/2014. We are heading to the 2014/2015 Financial Year and yet we have to verify how the funds were spent. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
