    "content": "only heard from the MCAs’ side. What can clear the air is if we have reports which are audited because this House must go by the facts as presented to us by the Controller of Budget. Initially, these reports used to come very frequently, but when we started the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee headed by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, they have fizzled out. We do not know what is happening. We should make a follow up on this matter because without the audited reports or budgets, then it is very difficult for us to carry on with our oversight role."
