    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I think it is very unfortunate that what the Committee on Education intended to do has ended up being misrepresented. One, when we set off for the so-called “misadventure,” it was on a very serious motion. This was a dynamic situation that had happened. Unlike many of the Statements that we seek on the Floor of this House regarding policy and status quo, a riot had taken place in a university and we did not know what the circumstances were. Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. is talking about evidence; and we collected evidence. We went to the university and decided to be dynamic.
