    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with Sen. Sang, because procedurally, I think the Chairperson is answering the right question but under the wrong header. If it was asked as a Statement, we would expect that we get a Statement from the CS. But if it is a report, it has to be presented to this House through a Motion which does not need the CS to sign it; it is actually to be owned by the Chairperson of the Committee. So, I pray that you direct that if it is a Statement, it comes through the proper channels and it is tabled the proper way. If it is a Motion to follow that Statement, then let us debate a report which is properly before the House."
