    "content": " Just one minute, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. We would want to have the work of Committees made easy; but we also want the Chair to direct committees. It does not matter whether the Committee was acting in good faith or not; but procedure is procedure and when a Statement is requested for, the generosity of the Committee to bring us a Report instead of a Statement is unacceptable. Nobody is imputing mala fides on the Committee, but we are saying that they have done a good job badly; it is as simple as that. We would want the Chairperson to make sure the time of this House is not spent in a manner that we are spending it now, simply because a Committee has exceeded its mandate and gone out to bring a Report instead of a Statement."
