You cannot sit there and start responding to me. You will go out. Reading this without further explanations and without sitting with the Committee so that what is brought to the House is clear to every hon. Member would obviously be bad. If I was to allow this without a Report from that Committee, I would be violating the processes contemplated both in our Standing Orders and even in the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act.
