    "content": "I have a lot of respect for hon. Mbadi. He speaks very well it is just that he is misled. Article 73(2)(b) of the Constitution is very clear. It states as follows:- “The guiding principles of leadership and integrity---” We have a lot of serious integrity problems and people are trying to re-introduce those integrity issues which we are dealing with even through the Budget and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
