"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, my concern is about paragraph (e), which says “is a family member of that other person”. To my understanding, this Bill was not only dealing with persons in marriage. If all the paragraphs are deleted, the only one that will remain is paragraph (a). Therefore, the only valid relationship will be that of marriage. I am concerned because there will be children in households who can come to harm, and who may need protection. Therefore, I would like to be clear. If that is not the case, I would propose that paragraph (e) stays."
