It starts by saying that for the purposes of this Act--- So, when we are making amendments, we must be alive to the Act we are amending. It is the Protection Against Domestic Violence Bill. So for the purposes of what we are legislating, then “domestic relationship” is defined. Hon. Chepkong’a is actually defining “living”."
