Members to have a fair knowledge of what is out of order. We think that these points of order have been misused. That is why we are pressing you, as a ranking Member, to really rise on a point of order when it is a point of order. What you are raising, although you are putting it as misleading the House, is just his interpretation of the law which cannot be misleading. That is his opinion on an issue of law. It cannot be misleading. You can have yours but he can have his. So, learn. I think we want to get hon. Members to be bringing things which are out of order so that we help ourselves out of this.
