    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for routine maintenance, the three sections mentioned which comprise this road are on regular maintenance. I can assure this House that in the current financial year, some Kshs40 million has been set aside. Out of this amount, Kshs20 million has already been released and the balance will be released before the end of the financial year to ensure that this road is put into motorable condition."
