    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. My concern, as we go forward, is that we have just dealt with Clause 4 and we have negated the amendments. The Clause was defining “domestic relationship”. If we come to Clause 5 and we introduce the amendments to Clause 5 (1) (a), my view is that it will contradict what we have just done in Clause 4.
