    "content": "THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clauses 3 (a), (b) and (c). If I may read for those who may not be having a copy of the Bill:- (3) A police officer may without a warrant, arrest and prefer charges against any person---” If you read (a), (b) and (c), the first words there are that a police officer may “reasonably suspect”. My worry there is that this is a relative and is prone to abuse by the police. We know the police have misused their powers."
