    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I was approached by hon. Mutura. As you know, he is an astute Member of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I totally agree with him that a police officer may not without a warrant arrest people. This is very clear. If you suspect that someone has committed a crime, you go and obtain a warrant and arrest the person. I support the deletion."
