    "content": "Yes. Thank you, hon. Chairlady. While I really support this new clause in terms of the intentions, it might cause challenges in terms of implementation. What it is proposing to do is to make sure that those institutions have people who can assist persons with disability and, more so, the deaf and the blind ones. However, the question is this: Is this calling for a situation where those institutions will be forced to employ those people for them to offer that service?
