    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Chairlady. I support this amendment because people with disabilities have suffered for a long time. I have a case in point in my constituency where one person who was blind and deaf died because of mis- diagnosis. It is important that the Government compels those institutions, especially banks and hospitals - especially Level 5 hospitals - to have people who can interpret for the blind and the deaf. So, I support this amendment very much."
