    "content": "For a long time, we have ignored in both statute and administrative practise, the issue of women, the elderly, the youth and other people of various special needs and interests. It is time that, as a country we look at those special areas and recognise that there are people who deserve equal opportunity. In the Constitution and many other statutes, we have provided for care and special attention to them. Therefore, moving the retirement age from 60 to 65 is absolutely appropriate."
